Healthy Kids Buy-In

The Buy-In program does not receive any state or federal funding.

Healthy Kids Buy-In is for families with higher income and no health insurance plan for their kids and teens. If your child is a non-citizen but a legal resident, you may be eligible for the Buy-In program. Teenagers over the age of 19 who are still enrolled in high school are also eligible for the Healthy Kids Buy-In program. Your child must be uninsured for three months before they can join the program.

Your Doctors and Dentists

Healthy Kids Buy-In is a managed care plan from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.  The Anthem network of health providers is available to your child.  Dental services are available through the Northeast Delta Dental network of dentists.

Cost

The cost of this program is $165 per child per month.
