These presentations review the basics – what it is, how it works, who is eligible and how to apply. There is also an advanced workshop for professionals interested in helping families apply. School Connection is a community-led initiative that connects uninsured school-age children with health coverage. Participating schools identify uninsured children and then provide outreach to help the uninsured families apply for coverage through NH Healthy Kids.
