Healthy Kids Silver Automatic Premium Withdrawal
Healthy Kids Buy-In Automatic Premium Withdrawal
Payments for the Healthy Kids Silver program are due on the last day of the month for the upcoming month. For example, your payment for February benefits is due on January 31st. If you miss two premium payments, your child’s insurance may be cancelled.
Payments for the Healthy Kids Buy-In program are due one month in advance. For example, payment for your May benefits is due April 1st.
If you sign up for our Automatic Premium Withdrawal option, your monthly premium will be electronically withdrawn from your designated bank account on the 30th of each month for the upcoming month’s benefits. For example your payment for May benefits will be deducted on April 30th (if the 30th of the month falls on a holiday or weekend your payment will be processed on the last business day prior to the 30th).
If you do not make your payment, your account will be cancelled on the first of the month. There is a one-time chance for re-instatement if payment is received by the 7th of the month. Click here to view the Healthy Kids Buy-In Payment Policy.
Where do I send my monthly payment?
We will mail you a payment book after we receive your enrollment form. Send the monthly payment slip and payment to:

We will not send you a bill each month.
Can I have my payment automatically taken out of my bank account each month?
Yes, you can have payments deducted out of your bank account each month by filling out an Automatic Premium Withdrawal form.

Can I pay over the phone or online?
We are currently not able to accept payments over the phone or online.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We make several attempts to contact you if you miss a payment. Two reminder notices are mailed and we try to reach you by phone before your account is cancelled for non-payment. If your account is cancelled for non-payment, you are not eligible to re-enroll in the Healthy Kids Silver or Buy-In program for three months.
What if I am unable to make my payments?
If you are having difficulty making your payment, please contact the Accounting Department at 1-877-464-2447 or 228-2925 ext. 241 to discuss options. Funds are available for families who have a temporary loss of income or an unexpected expense.
If I cancel my insurance, will my prepaid premium be refunded?
Prepaid premiums are refunded only if we receive notice of cancellation before the first day of the prepaid benefit month. For example, if you have made your payment for January, we must receive your cancellation notice by December 31st to receive a refund.
What should I do if I misplace my payment book?
Call 1-877-464-2447 or 228-2925 ext. 237 and leave a message for a replacement book.
