How often do I need to renew my child’s NH Healthy Kids coverage?
Your child’s eligibility for coverage will be reviewed once each year. You will be notified by mail of what is needed in this process.
*Note: If your child is enrolled in any other program such as food stamps or cash assistance, please call your case worker if you have questions about when you need to renew.
What do I have to send in for my renewal?

What if I have a change before my next renewal?
You must report changes that may affect your child’s eligibility to your Family Service Specialist within 10 days of the change. You may have to provide proof of these changes.
